Responsibilities: During the first stage of your career, you will learn everything about providing great customer service across multiple UK Contact Centre departments. Responsibilities will include: * Providing exceptional customer service via the telephone and via written communication * Providing administrative support to your team, departments and branches * Updating internal databases and systems with a commitment to attention to detail * Building internal and external relationships and communicating on a variety of levels Qualifications: * A customer first mentality with great communication skills both verbally and written * Good PC skills * High level of attention to detail * Enjoy working as part of a team * Organisation skills * Enthusiastic and willing to learn * GCSE English & Maths grade 4 (C) or above * A Levels or equivalent would be advantageous * Must be able to commute to our Aldershot office and Farnborough College of Technology * Due to funding restrictions applicants must be 18 or above on the 1st September 2026 and have lived in the UK for the last 3 years.
