Location: Milan, Italy | Work Arrangement: Hybrid | Contract: Full-Time Paid Internship (6 + 6 months) | Language Requirements: Fluent/professional Italian & advanced English, verbal and written
As our new Customer Relations Intern, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, where you will manage quote creation, order processing, and day-to-day customer requests. You will be responsible for a list of accounts in the region. You will also coordinate with the various Teams in SoftwareOne and ensure customer needs are met in a timely and accurate manner.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate with the relevant Licensing Specialists to provide license knowledge and support during the sales process
* Serve as key resource for volume license offerings
* Act as the single point of contact for account manager and customer, supporting their day-by-day delivery and overseeing
* Develop and maintain consultative relationships with existing customers
* Grow and maintain existing customer and partner relationships
* Establish and expand relationships with key executives and decision makers
Qualifications:
* Degree in business administration, commerce, economics, marketing, management or a related discipline
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
* Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
* Proactive and energetic mindset
* Interest in sales, business operations and customers relations
* Availability for full-time work (40 hours per week)
