What You'll Do: * Assist customers with product inquiries, sales orders, and service solutions. * Process orders accurately from direct sales, in-house programs, and company retail markets. * Communicate proactively with customers and internal teams regarding order concerns. * Support the outside sales team and help manage customer relationships. * Engage in sales initiatives, including cold calling, account follow-ups, and CRM documentation. * Collaborate with purchasing and leadership teams to coordinate product targets and orders. * Assist with retail store operations and seasonal customer engagement when needed. What You Need: * 2+ years of experience in food service, sales, or customer service. * Strong communication skills and a professional, customer-focused approach. * Tech-savvy - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and order processing tools. * Experience with social media and content creation is a plus! * Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy. * Passion for food - Ability to discuss cooking ideas and product uses (no seafood allergies). * Team player who enjoys problem-solving and working collaboratively. Working Conditions: * Office-based with occasional exposure to warehouse and cold storage environments. * Flexibility to adjust schedules during peak seasonal periods. * Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. occasionally.
