About this opportunity 

As Customer Care Representative you will interact with customers, company sales and/or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions for Align products. You will support clients from EMEA region.

This role will be part of Align Technology goal to deliver the next generation of clear aligners (Invisalign(r)) to our customers. We would love for you to join a fun and cutting-edge technology company that has helped create millions of smiles.

After a few weeks of onboarding and training, you will be able to work in a hybrid model (Monday and Friday from home, Tuesday to Thursday from the office).

Office location: Bierutowska 57/59, Wrocław (Psie Pole)

In this role, you will  

* Work with customer via ticket, phone or e-mail about how orders / product status, order processing, update of account and systems management, how to use iTero scanner,  reply to clients basic questions but also to solve scanner issues, basic networking, Scanning Assistance, basic clinical questions related to software inquiry / navigation assistance, software or hardware failure identification, call back requests and others.
* Be responsible to handle all customer interactions with professionalism and within the defined response timeframe. 
* Follow up on their cases until proper resolution. 
* Document all interactions including all details required in the correspondent CRM. 
* Report complaints and product safety.
* Achieve a consistent performance considering all KPIs requirements.
* Ability to communicate technical issues in an easily understood manner.
* Comply on deadlines on LMS courses.

In this role, you'll need   

* Interest in IT, technical experience will be a plus.
* 0-2 years of related experience.
* Proficiency in Spanish as a must.
* Proficiency in English.
* Second European language is an asset.
* Salesforce.com knowledge and understanding of CRM as a plus
* General knowledge in Customer Service.  
* Computer, Basic Connectivity knowledge and troubleshooting, e-mail literacy.
* Microsoft Office Package knowledge (Power Point, Excel, Word).
