Overview:
* Ensure all food in and around the greenhouse is grown / maintained according to specifications detailed by Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chefs.
Responsibilities:
* Communicate with the Chef to learn daily work tasks and their coordination & complete daily maintenance.
* Perform work assignments to meet proper quantities within a necessary time frame.
* Be knowledgeable of all stations.
* Communicate with culinary team for proper pars, production and harvest requirements when needed in specified work stations.
* Work with aquaponic systems.
* Clean and take care of grounds, seedlings, plants, fruit trees, etc.
Qualifications:
* Understand and be able to operate NFT aquaponic systems.
* Understand and be able to multi task and adapt to given daily tasks delegated by Chef or Sous
* Understand and be able to follow standardized written tracking forms by Chef or Sous
* Understand and be able to independently execute daily prep for assigned station daily.
* Understand and be able to utilize required watering / feeding regiment
* Understand and be able to work clean with organization throughout
* Understand and be able to properly clean, maintain and organize
* Able to work flexible shift to include weekends and holidays.
* Able to work outside in various weather conditions.
