As a Critical Care Tech, you will help healthcare consumers by providing basic nursing care and daily living assistance so they can experience comfort, dignity, and recovery.

To be successful in this role, you'll heavily rely on your ability to multitask and respond quickly to changing patient needs. You'll provide attentive, direct care-remaining focused and vigilant as you continuously monitor your patients throughout your shift. * Clinical Support: Assist the nursing team with patient procedures, wound care, equipment management, and supply organization.
* Patient Care: Perform daily living assistance, including hygiene, bathing, and comfort measures, while maintaining accurate documentation.
* Rounding & Monitoring: Conduct hourly rounds to check vitals, update patient boards, and communicate status reports to the clinical team.
* Mobility & Transport: Safely assist patients with ambulation and coordinate the transport of discharged patients.
* Care Plan Contribution: Actively contribute to the nursing process by collecting data, observing patient responses, and reporting findings to the RN.
* Patient Advocacy: Maintain a vigilant focus on patient needs, ensuring high-quality, compassionate care while multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
* Minimum 16 years of age (state requirement).
* Current and valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
* Active on the Nebraska Nurse Aide Registry.
* Current Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association upon hire
