This partnership focuses on improving patient care through collaboration and innovation. CHI Health serves as a primary teaching hospital and research partner for Creighton's health science schools, offering a wide range of opportunities for medical and allied health professionals. Responsibilities: Be apart of our highly collaborative team of Pulmonary/Critical Care providers (MD's and APP's) This is a blended position serving our eICU Service Center with rotation for Critical Care inpatients * Typically (3) 12 hr shifts. Template for days, nights, weekends and holiday rotation 33% will be day eICU; 33% will be day IP, 33% will be night eICU * Evaluate patients, new consults, round on existing IP's * Opportunity to become credentialed to perform procedures (arterial lines, intubations, Central Lines at the bedside without physician oversight). * IP coverage with Immanuel/Mercy/Lakeside - Rotation those campuses * Average IP volume 10-15 pts in morning; 2-3 pts in afternoon * No on call * Rotational holidays * "Service center"/eICU is located across from CUMC Bergan campus Benefits While you are busy caring for your patients, we will take care of you and your family with benefits that include: * Medical/Dental/Vision insurance plans * Flexible Spending Account or Health Savings Account * Mental health and well-being programs * Retirement Plans * Relocation incentive * CME Allowance * As a non-profit, Commonspirit is eligible for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program Qualifications: * Board Certified or Board Eligible in Specified Area of Medical Specialty * A valid and unrestricted state license or license-eligible * A valid and unrestriced Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) registration
