Responsibilities:
Credit Collection Manager Benelux
We are seeking a Collection Manager to lead our collections team and drive working capital performance across the Benelux region. This role partners closely with Finance, Sales, and Operations to optimize cash flow, manage customer payment terms, and resolve disputes. You will oversee collections strategy, monitor debtor balances, implement process improvements, and provide insightful reporting to regional and global stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage collections and working capital performance for Benelux.
* Lead and develop a team (3.8 FTE) to achieve targets.
* Monitor overdue payments, credit limits, and implement proactive measures.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align cash management with business strategy.
* Drive process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
* HBO-level education or equivalent experience.
* Proven experience in cash management/collections, ideally in B2B financial services.
* Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
* Advanced Excel and proficiency in ERP systems, Power BI.
* Fluent in Dutch and English.
