				Overview:

Credentialing & Population Health Accreditation Coordinator 

1.0FTE, 40 hours per week

Full-time benefits. 

Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

The Credentialing and Population Health Accreditation Coordinator assists in the delegation relationships and accreditation requirements regarding credentialing and population health. Provides related project management support, performs a variety of complex work in planning, coordinating, and managing accreditation activities.

Responsibilities:

*  Serves as subject matter expert in accreditation related to Credentialing and Population Health Management.

*  Prepares desk audits, coordinates on-site and virtual audits, and pre-delegation surveys according to Ohio Department of Medicaid, payor and National Commission on Quality Assurance (NCQA) requirements.

*  Evaluates, interprets, and summarizes accreditation guidelines and manages the process.

*  Coordinates Continuous Quality Improvement including recommending, tracking, and reporting metrics to support accreditation and achieve best outcomes.

*  Collaborates with leaders from multiple departments on compliance improvement activities and provides guidance to department managers.

*  Facilitates educational sessions and collaborates across functions to improve performance.

Qualifications:

Education Requirement:

*  BA or BS in healthcare field, required.

*  Master's Degree, preferred.

Skills:

*  Strong working knowledge of the NCQA Submission process.

*  Quality Improvement, project management, strong quantitative, qualitative, and analytical skills.

*  Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite to include Word, Excel, and SharePoint; Proficient in Adobe Pro.

Experience:

*  At least 2 years in healthcare or other organizations with NCQA accreditation, required.

*  Previous accreditation experience, preferred.
