Corporate Trainer (ESL) | Dalian, Liaoning Province

				About Us:

Our school is a proud and well established member of the largest international private education company. We are expanding quickly in Dalian and are looking for qualified and confident native English speakers to join our team of professional teachers.

Our first Dalian school opened in 2001 and we now have 3 schools in addition to a successful Corporate Language Training Unit (CLT). The Corporate Language Training Division has contracts with companies in and around Dalian. We work with Fortune 500 companies that include Siemen's, Volkswagen, Gucci, Ikea, plus other Chinese and International companies. 

About Dalian City:

Dalian is a vibrant city and known throughout China as one of its most beautiful places to live and visit. It is on a peninsula in northern China, adjacent to Korea and nearby other lovely destinations such as Beijing and Harbin. 

A well-known beach city, Dalian is a popular summertime destination for tourists. Just outside the city are several mountainous areas great for hiking and exploring.   Downtown Dalian is very modern, clean and safe. It's been called the "Hong Kong of the North" not only because of its status as a port city but also because of the cosmopolitan vibe that includes shopping, nightlife, cuisine from around the world and five-star hotels. 

About the Candidate:

  -You should be enthusiastic, dedicated and responsible.
  -You should enjoy working in a cross-cultural setting. 
  -You should be able to work independently.
  -You should be able to work in a fast paced environment and be able to solve problems creatively and with a positive attitude.
  -You should enjoy working with technology in the classroom.
  -You should be willing to work offsite and travel to the client's location (travel is arranged and paid by the school).

Requirements:

  -Bachelor's degree or higher
  -TESOL/TEFL Certificate
  -Native English speaker from the USA, the UK, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand
  -Two years or more of teaching experience, one or more years teaching business English is preferred. 
  -Due to work visa requirements, candidates must be aged between 24 and 55 years
  -Must be able to commit to a one-year contract
  -Excellent physical and mental health
  -Clean criminal record

Offer Package:

Competitive salary from CNY 10,000-13,000/mo. (commensurate with experience and qualifications)
Annual Leave: 10 paid annual leave days plus 11 national holidays
Visa: Sponsored Z work visa
Travel: CNY 9,000 flight allowance
Arrival Support: Airport pick-up
Apartment allowance CNY 2,000/month
Excellent Health insurance
