We are seeking a proactive, highly organized, and resourceful Corporate Executive Assistant to join our team supporting the CIO and Group VP, Human Resources. In this pivotal role, you'll provide top-tier support to our executive leadership, helping drive efficiency and organization at the highest level of the company. Responsibilities:

You Will:

As a key partner to senior leadership, you'll wear many hats with confidence, professionalism, and a proactive spirit.

* Executive & Administrative Support:

* Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel and expenses for multiple senior executives.

* Prepare, proofread, and edit confidential documents, presentations, and reports with accuracy and discretion.

* Provide backup support for other executives and executive assistants as needed.

* Assist with budget tracking, expense reporting (Concur), and financial documentation.

* Communication Management:

* Act as a primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.

* Screen and prioritize incoming communications (emails, calls, messages) and respond or redirect as appropriate.

* Draft, review, and distribute internal and external communications on behalf of executives.

* Project & Event Coordination:

* Track and help drive the completion of key deliverables, following up on outstanding items with attention to detail.

* Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and company events, both onsite and offsite.

* Support special projects and initiatives, managing multiple priorities with a positive, can-do attitude.

* Office & Operations Management:

* Maintain organized office systems, including data management and digital filing.

* Support the broader teams as requested.
* Order and manage office supplies, equipment, and services as needed.

* Prepare materials for meetings (agendas, reports, presentations) with a creative and professional touch.

* Relationship Building:

* Build and maintain strong relationships with team members, executives, and external partners.

* Represent executives in meetings or events when needed, always reflecting professionalism and integrity.

* Maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information at all times.

Qualifications:

The Experience You Will Bring (Minimum Requirements):

* Bring at least 3 years of professional experience supporting a C-Level executive, with a minimum of 5 years of collective work experience in a corporate environment
* Bachelor's Degree preferred (or equivalent combination of education, training and work experience)
* Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and a positive energy, with the ability to build strong relationships both within and outside the organization
* Ability to work independently, act proactively and manage priorities as they change
* Exhibit confidentiality, trust and diplomacy at all times
* Excellent computer skills including: Microsoft Office - strong emphasis on Microsoft Outlook, Teams and PowerPoint, with knowledge of Excel and Concur
* Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail 
* Strong written and verbal communication abilities
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
* Work environment - 5 days onsite

* We require the ability to pass a drug screen and background checks.  Candidates must have the ability to perform the requirements of the job with or without accommodations. 
* This opportunity is an onsite role at our primary campus in Atlanta so, you must reside or willing to self-relocate to the metro Atlanta area.
