				Overview:

We're looking for a driven, detail-oriented Corporate Counsel to join our high-impact global legal team, based in S o Paulo. You'll play a key role in supporting commercial operations across Latin America and beyond. In this role, you will:

* Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts-including SaaS agreements, vendor arrangements, NDAs, and strategic partnerships.
* Support our expansion efforts in Latin America by researching local laws and regulatory frameworks, and coordinating with external counsel as needed.
* Help design and refine scalable legal processes, including contract templates and playbooks.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Ops, Product, etc.) to align legal outcomes with business goals.
* Stay on top of evolving legal landscapes in Brazil and key LATAM jurisdictions, and share relevant insights with the team.
* Provide support for corporate governance, internal policies, and compliance matters.

Responsibilities:

* Support the global commercial legal team, handling matters outside Brazil and LATAM.
* Be the go-to legal partner for commercial matters in Brazil and LATAM.
* Manage contract workflows and negotiate directly with partners, vendors, and customers.
* Identify legal risks and provide practical, business-forward guidance to stakeholders.
* Collaborate across global time zones to support a cohesive and responsive legal function.
* Keep legal operations smooth, efficient, and in step with a scaling tech business.

Qualifications:

* Law degree and licensed to practice in Brazil.
* 3-5 years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal department, preferably with exposure to commercial contracts and/or technology companies.
* Strong understanding of contract law and basic familiarity with international business practices.
* Excellent written and spoken English and Portuguese; Spanish is a plus.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment and collaborating across time zones.
* Proactive, curious, and eager to grow professionally within a global legal team.​
