Overview: Location: Hybrid - 2 days in Office, Greensburg, PA Job Type: Full Time / Permanent Work Authorization: No Sponsorship The A.C. Coy company has an immediate opening for a Corporate Controller. Ideal candidates will have an active CPA with work experiences that include international entities and compliance with IFRS directives. Responsibilities: * Perform evaluations and implement recommendations to ensure compliance with IFRS directives * Manage efficiency and accuracy of internal control structure * Communicate effectively with global leadership to present accounting processes and reports * Direct and implement automated accounting systems ensuring the integrity of all manual and automated systems * Manage process and procedures for producing IFRS compliant consolidated financial statements * Manage and report on CAPEX and warranty reserves * Oversee monthly progress billing reviews * Oversee technical accounting practices * Support external auditors Qualifications: Education Required * Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance * CPA Required Experience Required: * 10 years of work experience in an accounting role * 3+ years of experience in a managerial role * Experience with complex international accounting practices including multiple subsidiaries and currencies * Strong grasp of IFRS directives
