				Overview:

POSITION SUMMARY: The Coordinator Volunteers trains, directs and coordinates volunteer services for Health Center patients and families. This position recruits and works on retention strategies of volunteers, continuously seeks opportunities to support our Health Center and the community, acts as the volunteer primary point of contact and oversees all day-to-day duties.

Qualifications:

This job is located in Galesburg,IL

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

 Education: High School Diploma or GED.

 Experience: 2 years volunteer services, customer service, community outreach or related field. 

Other Skills/ Knowledge: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented. 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Associate's Degree.
