				Overview:

POSITION SUMMARY: The Coordinator of Transportation serves as the liaison between patient transportation services and OSF facilities, assisting with the needs of the transportation role in the community. The coordinator will work to ensure patients are properly transported to and from scheduled appointments.

Qualifications:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

* High School Diploma/ GED
* Valid state driver's license, as verified through the respective State Department of Motor vehicles driving record abstract.
* CPR certified through American Heart Association or certified within 60 days of employment. 
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

* Prior scheduling experience
* Mental Health First Aid certified.
