Overview:
Under the direction of the Mgr, National Maintenance, the Coordinator, Maintenance will provide administrative support to the Construction and Facilities department.
Responsibilities
* Schedule maintenance requests for dental offices
* Follow up with dental offices to ensure maintenance was completed via phone and/or e-mail
* Track and input data into system regarding corrective maintenance, preventative maintenance, work orders, and other information
* Update filing and database systems by using a computer
* Receive and ship parts, maintain parts inventory system
* The Level II Coordinator will be experienced with Vendor Relations, monitoring their performance and making recommendations to Management for new vendors/changes
* The Level II Coordinator will have expertise with the Service Max Dispatch Console and be responsible for scheduling/re-scheduling the PDS Field Techs efficiently and effectively on a daily basis
* Other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
* Equivalent to high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
* 0-2 year(s) of general office experience or equivalent training
* Proficiency with Sales Force, Excel, MS Office Suite, and Internet Explorer
* Experience in a customer service environment with exemplary phone skills
* Experience with dental equipment and/or equipment repair
Preferred
* Experience working in the Maintenance department
* Experience with Sales Force and Service Max software
* Experience with warehouse inventory system

* Knowledge of standard office equipment (e.g., telephones, copiers, scanners, facsimiles, calculators)
* Demonstrate an organized and systematic approach in carrying out assignments (i.e. very orderly and excel at cutting through confusion and turning chaos into order)
* Knowledge of Service Vendors, SLA's, performance monitoring and vendor negotiations
* A high level of expertise with Field Service/manpower dispatch, communication and organization
