Overview:
Works under the supervision of the Manager of Food Service. Responsible for the supervision and outcome of assigned area. Ensures compliance with state, county, and accrediting body.
Qualifications:
* Education : High School Diploma or GED, required. 2 Year / Associate Degree, preffered. In related field and/or commensurate experience.
* Experience: Minimum three years' experience in food service or general supervision, required.
* Licensure/Certification: Serv Safe Certification, preferred.
