				Overview:

* This is NOT a remote position. Applicant must be willing to relocate to St. George, UT,  if not currently residing there or the surrounding areas
* Schedule will be Sunday - Wednesday 0800-1800 after training is completed.  Training schedule is Monday - Thursday 0800-1800
* Sit and work at a computer for extended periods
* The starting salary is $15.50 per hour, with the opportunity to increase to $19.00 per hour
* This is not a Department of Transportation safety-sensitive position

Responsibilities:

* 18 years of age or older
* Have a High School Diploma or GED
* Possess an unrestricted, valid state-issued driver's license
* Pass a pre-placement background check and drug screen
* Legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
* Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook s required
* Attention to detail
* Flexibility in schedule to work overtime as needed to meet deadlines
* Willing to work weekends and holidays
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Exceptional customer service skills
* Self-motivated and team player
* Work under tight time constraints and adapt to change quickly

Qualifications:

Schedule and support the pilot new hire and routine training process.

* Responsible for scheduling and supporting all pilots for Initial Operating Experience (IOE)
* Coordinate with the Training Department and HR to receive information and rosters on all training classes
* Coordinate the schedule of IOE assignments for new hires and annual observations according to instructor and student schedules, operational need, and equipment requirements
* Maintain all IOE information and add to the IOE database and any applicable spreadsheets
* Monitor and track students' progress and status through the IOE process 
* Communicate and coordinate with Crew Planning on IOE status and completion
* Work closely with Flight Standards on guidance for students who require additional training
* Assistance with department phones and business travel arrangements
* Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager
