Responsibilities:
Under general supervision prepares and serves meals. Tasks performed may include food preparation service and sanitationInstitutional foodservice experience.
Qualifications:
* 2-4 years of institutional food service experience.
* High School Diploma.
* Ability to read write and speak English.
Preferred/Desired:
* Cooking in a production environment with consideration of special diets is highly desired.
* Serve Safe Certification.
* Graduation from an accredited Culinary school.
* Knowledge of diets.
* Ability to calculate and scale recipes.
