Overview:
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
As an HR Specialist, you will play a key role in our recruitment and hiring processes, ensuring we bring in top talent to join our team. You will manage employee records meticulously and generate insightful reports on headcount for both internal use and government requirements. Your expertise will be pivotal in offering exceptional support and services to all our staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Responsibilities:
The following duties are typical of the position, but are not all encompassing:
1. Communicates disciplinary actions to direct and indirect personnel.
2. Works with Production Supervisors to monitor labor disputes and communicates
disciplinary action.
3. Prepares letters for various uses to all personnel upon request, as well as necessary documentation.
4. Handles resignations and dismissals of direct and indirect staff.
5. Performs weekly and monthly internal reports on a weekly basis (absenteeism, delays, etc.)
6. Feeds employee-related information into the Clock System
Qualifications:
* Bachelor in Business Administration, Labour Relations, or related area.
* 2 years of experience in Personnel Management roles
* Knowledge of Federal Labour Act
* English Language 80%
* Extroverted personality
* Highly Organized

* Availability of Schedule
