				Overview:

POSITION SUMMARY: The Contract System Administrator serves as the system and workflow administrator for the organization's contract management platform, ensuring effective use, maintenance, and optimization of contract lifecycle technology and related processes. This role supports various departments by managing user access, maintaining templates and data structures, providing system education and support, and serving as a liaison with the contract management software vendor. The contract System Administrator partners with Legal, Provider Compensation, Supply Chain, Information Technology, Operations and other key stakeholders to design efficient workflows, enable seamless integrations, and provide ongoing user training and support.

Qualifications:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

Education: 

Associate degree

Experience: 

* 2 years of experience with Contract Administration, Healthcare Operations, Compliance, Audit, IT, or other related fields

Other Skills/ Knowledge:

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.
* Working knowledge of system workflows and process design.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

Education: Bachelor's degree business, IT, legal or healthcare administration

Licensure/ Certification: Certified Professional Contract Manager (CPCM) Project Management Professional (PMP)

Other Skills/ Knowledge: Familiarity with contract management platforms (e.g.,Contraxx) and/or workflow tools. Understanding of contract lifecycle management.
