We require a Contract Specialist to join us on a permanent basis, at our Cirencester site.
Responsibilities:
* First Point of Contact for Customer to resolve escalations and complaints.
* Hold weekly meetings with the Customer to unlock issues.
* Attend Monthly and Quarter meetings with Account Manager/Director.
* Key point of contact for the Account Managers/Directors and performance issues.
* Oversight of all work orders and manage key problems.
* WIP - work with the Team Manager and Account Manager on problem work orders.
* Working with the Account Managers and Helpdesk teams, monitor performance
* Ensure regular Performance reviews are carried out with both Internal Stakeholders and Subcontractors.
* Interaction between business functions when operating to the above.
* General - to provide insight and trends to the Account Manager.
* Continuously review systems, processes, and procedures to ensure, integrity, and efficiency.
Qualifications:

* Salary: Circa 31,000 per annum
