Responsibilities:
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Contract Quality Analyst to join our team. In this position, you are responsible for the accuracy of the payer agreement data input into the processing systems used by Rotech Healthcare. The position is responsible for identifying quality assurance standards, processes and tools used to maintain the data integrity of Rotech's systems. The Quality Analyst is responsible for identifying user errors and coaching the user on the correction. The Quality Analyst will work with the CAD Trainer on any identified updates needed to training manuals, process guides and job aids used by the Contract Administration Department.

* Communicates identified inconsistencies and works with the Contract Lead and CAD Management to standardize the CAD quality review process
* Documents QA findings and quantifies a quality percentage
* Maintains detailed knowledge of CAD system(s) functions, HCPCS and Rotech's core product lines
* Maintains general knowledge of payers and insurance product types
* Meets a production and quality standard
* Performs 100% quality analysis of all payer plan loads and updates, HCPC addition/update requests, changes to fee schedules and rate tables and payer rule changes
* Provides one on one QA results and re-education on areas that result in a failure per the appropriate QA Checklist tool
* Solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
* Work on complex projects independently to completion under significant deadline restraints
* Work with internal and external customers to develop contract strategies for contract implementation
* Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Employment is contingent on

* Valid driver's license in state of residence with a clean driving record (when applicable for the position)
Required Education and/or Experience
* High school diploma or GED equivalent, required
Preferred Education and/or Experience
* Associates degree or equivalent combination of college education and/or related work experience in healthcare, billing, and/or industry contracts, preferred
* Paralegal Certificate, preferred
* Three years of related work experience, preferred
Skills and Competencies
* Effectively communicate in English; both oral and written
* Interpret a variety of communications (verbal, non-verbal, written, listening and visual)
* Knowledge of Industry Contracts and medical billing
* Maintain confidentiality, discretion and caution when handling sensitive information
* Multi-task along with attention to detail
* Self-motivation, organized, time-management and deductive problem solving skills
