Contract Management Application Analyst
Monday - Friday / 8AM -5PM
Job Summary
The Contract Management Application Analyst is responsible for the secure management, maintenance, and optimization of payor contract information within the Dimensions Contract Management module for both Ambulatory and Acute settings. This role has a strong strategic and analytical focus, supporting contract accuracy, payment integrity, and system reliability through analysis, trending, and reporting of contract and billing data. The analyst collaborates closely with Dimensions partners, DPS teams, Revenue Cycle Leadership, Finance, and other stakeholders to ensure the integrity and effectiveness of contract management operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Securely manage and maintain all payor contract information within Dimensions for Ambulatory and Acute environments
* Perform analysis, trending, and reporting of contract and payment data to support strategic and operational decision-making
* Build, update, enhance, and modify existing and new contracts within the Contract Management module
* Review, maintain, and validate contract tables and NCC extracts supporting the Dimensions Contract Management module
* Submit and manage tickets for contract management build updates, enhancements, and issue resolution
* Conduct peer reviews of billing builds and changes planned for production by DPS teams
* Research and troubleshoot issues within the current Epic Contract Management build, including identifying missing or incorrectly configured system actions
* Analyze and resolve underpayment and overpayment discrepancies in collaboration with appropriate teams
* Ensure comprehensive testing and validation of all contract management builds prior to production deployment
* Support production readiness by ensuring build accuracy, compliance with standards, and system integrity
* Collaborate with Dimensions partners and internal teams, including Revenue Cycle Leadership and Finance, to identify issues and develop effective solutions
* Manage timelines effectively while maintaining strong working relationships with stakeholders
Required Qualifications
* Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required.
* Experience: 2 years Revenue Cycle, required.
* Licensure/Certification: Pass all certification with passing grade within three tries for each test of project, required. Obtain or already have systems certification for EPIC Contract Management, preferred.
* Additional Skills (required):
* Epic Contract Management certification or ability to obtain certification
* Required to complete Epic certification coursework within 90 days of hire (if not already certified)
* Extensive knowledge of Epic Contract Management builds and workflows
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail
* Experience researching system issues and evaluating contract and billing logic
* Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and data analysis techniques
