Overview: The Content Marketer plans creates sources curates edits and manages strategic marketing content. This position reliably and independently produces accurate on-brand in-style compelling content that contributes to trackable business goals and aligns with the company's strategic priorities. This position is remote and open to candidates in Brazil or Colombia. Responsibilities: * Write and edit compelling content, including but not limited to SEO-rich web copy, case studies, articles, e-books, emails, social media posts, video scripts, digital ads and more. This content will drive traffic, engagement and leads to contribute to customer acquisition and retention. * Collaborate with a cross-functional marketing team to create and iterate upon a content plan, complete with strategic recommendations, for assigned coverage areas. Contribute to the development, maintenance and growth of the content plan. * Consult with product and industry subject matter experts to surface messaging into compelling, error-free content that supports revenue growth. * Adhere to brand standards and comply with editorial governance to ensure all content is consistent with the company's brand voice, style and tone. * Leverage compelling storytelling techniques to create benefits-focused content that focuses on readers' needs. * Collaborate with operations teams on content performance metrics to ensure content is measured against business impact. * Manage the translation process for content, including sending materials for translation, coordinating stakeholder reviews, approving translations in the system, and facilitating implementation within the CMS. * Work directly inside of CMS tools to optimize content creation, updates, and publishing processes for smooth, efficient workflows. * Discover and apply burgeoning content marketing best practices. * Provide feedback to other team members; may provide feedback to leadership on technical abilities of team. Qualifications: * Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written) * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience * Extensive background in content marketing, communications, and writing * Proven ability to simplify complex ideas for easy understanding * Skilled in collaboration and relationship-building across teams * Thrives in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments * Self-driven with strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Expertise in creating clear, grammatically correct, and engaging content * Significant experience writing digital content for websites, email, video, advertising, and social platforms * Proficient with direct-response writing strategies and best practices * Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) * Experienced in using AI writing tools to enhance content creation * Capable of managing end-to-end translation processes, including coordinating reviews, approvals, and CMS implementation * Proficiency in AP Style * Willingness to travel up to 5% * Or equivalent education and experience to meet the role's needs
