Overview:
Key Responsibilities
Graitec Connected Data & Processes (CDP) Expertise Services Including:
* Developing and delivering value-added services such as consulting, custom training, integration around Graitec and Partner Software
* Ensuring the delivery of quality and consistent services across EMEA for Graitec Solutions
* Enhancing existing services and developing new service offerings to improve the customer experiences. These services offerings include the go-to-market, pre-sales and delivery methodologies and delivery of those offerings
* Ensuring the quality and consistency of the full lifecycle of services from pre-sales to delivery
* Manage the capacity of the team, including identifying efficiencies gains, needs for new resources and participate in the hiring process
Management of the delivery of services
* Ensure services engagements are delivered on-time, on-quality and on-budget to clients
* Managing the planning and operations of delivery of services from pre-sales to invoicing, with the support of the Resource Management team
* Optimizing the efficiency of services delivery through proper staff allocation, training of staff and continuous improvement
* Budget, plan, report and forecast key KPIs such as team utilization and revenue recognition
* Coach consulting services managers of individual to achieve the objectives above
General Company Duties Including:
* Enable sales teams to position and sell the services offerings and packages
* Work with Product teams to plan the participation of staff in all the steps product development lifecycle
* Partner with Solution and marketing teams to ensure the ramp-up and planning of staff participation in go-to-market activities

* Increase the mix of consultancy services, when compared to training and support in the mix of services delivered by Graitec
* High level of quality measured on all service delivery through customer feedback
* Ensure high-quality demos and promotional activities based on customer and prospect feedbacks
* Graitec services adoption by customers and prospects
* Maintaining the relevant certifications and executing the relevant enablement both of internal teams and externally
* Building and maintaining relevant assets (e.g. delivery collaterals, methodologies, training materials, supporting documentation)
* Ambassador mindset and behavior (e.g., # leads transferred to and subsequently won by Account Managers, discussions engaged to uncover opportunities, emphasis on new versions, emphasis on cross-selling)
* Drive clarity to team: Roadmaps, Performance

Responsibilities:
What you must have done already:
* Extensive experience in consultancy or professional services for software products
* Have experience in mentoring team managers or have been in a leadership role previously
* A good understanding of the construction or manufacturing industry
What is nice to have done already:
* Previous held the role of a technical manager or similar
* Have a good understanding of various reporting techniques
* Industry experience related to BIM
* Experience with the Autodesk ecosystem
Qualifications:
* A recognized construction qualification (name specific qualification for your country/discipline) and/or a recognized product specific professional exam
* A full driving license as this role will require travelling
* Excellent interpersonal skills, including face-to-face, telephone and written communication skills
* Professionalism, personal integrity, and reliability
* A positive 'hands-on' work ethic
* Initiative and enthusiasm guided by mature sense of judgement
