				Overview:

A New Era of AI-Driven, Multidimensional Consulting

Today's businesses face complex global challenges that demand more than conventional consulting services. Andersen Consulting offers a seamless, multidimensional approach that combines expertise in business transformation, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, sustainability, and digital strategy with Andersen Global's established tax and legal capabilities. This integration of emerging technologies positions Andersen Consulting as the partner of choice in the $1 trillion consulting industry.

Responsibilities:

* Strategic Impact: Develop and implement strategies that leverage intangible assets-including patents, proprietary technologies, data, and know-how-to fuel innovation, strengthen market position, and drive long-term growth.
* IP-Driven Insight: Assess individual patents and patent portfolios using advanced tools such as PatentSight, PatentSnap, Orbit, and Derwent to uncover commercial relevance, white space, risk, and strategic alignment.
* Enterprise Alignment: Help clients integrate their intangible assets into corporate strategy, product development, innovation planning, and M&A-turning overlooked IP into active drivers of performance and value.

As a Senior Manager in our Intangible Asset Strategy team, you will help drive high-impact engagements focused on the strategic use and monetization of patents and other intangible assets. You'll work closely with senior executives, legal teams, and innovation leaders to identify, prioritize, and activate intangible assets that have the potential to materially influence business outcomes.

In this hybrid role, you will bring deep expertise in patents-backed by a formal patent qualification or equivalent experience-and combine that with strong consulting capabilities to bridge the gap between technical IP knowledge and commercial strategy. You will apply modern IP analytics and competitive intelligence tools to deliver data-driven insights that inform decisions on growth, investment, and risk.

In this role, you will:

* Lead strategy projects that evaluate and activate intangible assets-particularly patents-within the context of corporate goals, market conditions, and competitive positioning.
* Conduct detailed assessments of individual patents and portfolios to identify core assets, assess defensibility, determine commercial relevance, and support strategic decisions.
* Use patent analytics platforms (e.g. PatentSight, PatentSnap, Orbit, Derwent) to perform landscaping, benchmarking, and innovation white space analysis.
* Develop commercialization strategies, including licensing, joint ventures, product alignment, or IP-driven business model shifts.
* Translate complex intangible assets data and insights into actionable strategies for senior stakeholders across legal, innovation, and commercial functions.
* Lead project teams, manage client interactions, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, strategically aligned outputs.
* Contribute to internal methodology development and the evolution of Andersen's approach to intangible asset strategy.

* Strategic thinker with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and build compelling business cases around intangible asset use.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical insights in a business context.

Preferred:

* Experience in IP-intensive sectors (e.g. life sciences, software, deep tech, advanced manufacturing).
