About this opportunity
The Configuration Management (CM) Engineer supports the creation, revision change, document control and records needed to ensure that the product documentation and materials are released in accordance with the established standards and in compliance with the company quality policy.
This function requires multi-task capabilities and work well in a fast paced in a professional environment with detail oriented person
This individual will conduct Engineering Changes and Requests, establish and maintain BOMs and parts in PLM/SAP, control product configuration matching to regulation and quality requirements, review and feedback technical documentation, control change order process.
As part of this responsibility, the CM Engineer will define the work processes and control tools in the PLM system, work out the characterization for PLM system interfaces with ERP/CAD/CAM
In this role, you will
* Create and maintain products Part numbers and BOM in various SAP/PLM environments
* Support purchasing and material-planning processes by updating SAP accordingly
* Collaborate with all departments to support the document control flow
* Serve as a focal point for international system issues related to Part Numbers settings
* Create a new P/Ns in SAP
* Build complex bill of material in SAP/PLM environment
* Enable ECO/MCO/DCO changes implementation in SAP/PLM
* Work with RA for product configuration and customization per regions.
* Organize and lead Engineering Change Request meeting.
* Perform and Review the Engineering Requests/Changes.
* Review and feedback work procedures and mechanical drawings.
* Ensure final designs comply with regulations and quality standard.
* Establish and maintain the company products configuration control.
* Personnel training and guidance on using SAP/PLM system and Change Order process.

* BA degree - must
* Familiar with Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
* Ability to manage time effectively, prioritizes multiple requests, and meet deadlines
* High ability to communicate and interact with different stakeholders
* Punctual (attention to details)
* Short learning curve
* Independent and team working abilities, Multi-tasking
* Fluent in English, spoken and written
* Arena or Agile PLM systems - advantage
* SAP knowledge - advantage
