Overview:
The Configuration Associate I is responsible for the production of high-quality products per procedures/specifications within the standard labor hours. The incumbent will be responsible for set up and perform assigned assembly operations within specific target product family while meeting quality standards. The incumbent will provide back-up support for other functions within this job description as personnel requirements dictate.
Responsibilities:
Minimum Requirement:
* Responsible for meeting Quality goals and on time delivery associated with respective jobs
* The ability and understanding to perform process operations from procedural documentation and training within standard labor hours
* Perform visual inspection of Configuration product for physical damage and missing parts
* Ability to test Configuration product using a PC based test system
* Record inspection results via PC-based Configuration order tracking system
* Prep and clean Configuration product prior to shipment in accordance to established standards
* Associate needs to be punctual. Can be depended on to handle his /her normal work functions
* Follow company policies and procedures
* Maintain ISO 9001 readiness
* Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Preferred Requirement:
* High School or equivalent
* Basic Computer Skills
* Language Skills: English skills, reading, writing, and the ability to follow verbal instruction
* Able to routinely lift up to 35 pounds
