Responsibilities:

* Provide field and office technical support to the engineering and technical services team
* Perform field and factory Inspections on rotor blades at various stages in the life cycle of the wind turbine
* Support field inspection campaigns from project kick-off through project completion as required
* Responsible for field and factory process audits in accordance with process requirements and generate technical reports detailing audit findings
* Facilitate and support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) projects for rotor blade damages and failures and generate technical reports detailing audit findings
* Perform Field QC support in both 1st Party and 3rd Party Roles and generate technical reports detailing audit findings
* Assist with in-field Inspector training
* Provide exceptional customer service with clients and 3rd party contractors as a liaison
* Ensure compliance with all HS&E requirements for the work being performed
* Assist with the development of work procedures for inspection and repair
* Support company continuous improvement practices 
* Other work duties as assigned

Qualifications:

* B.S. Engineering or Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
* GWO certification preferred
* 3+ years in wind turbine quality and repair engineering
* Experience with composite repair and structural construction on wind turbine blades
* Demonstrated project experience with wind turbine blade repair and technical analysis projects
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Positive attitude and safety-first mindset towards continuous improvement and continuous learning
* Ability to safely and confidently work at significant heights
* Successful incumbent will be required to successfully complete all Field Related Safety Training and are subject to Post Offer Employment Testing for the role
