				Responsibilities:
Compliance Coordinator - Initiatives
Bio: The Compliance Coordinator is responsible for complying with all state regulations regarding required monthly reporting, field sales licenses, price filings, product and label registrations, ensuring that all products have been properly registered in those states in which they are being sold.

* Work with manager to identify skill development needs. Create and execute plan for improving at least one skill area each year.
* Develop and maintain solid professional working relationships both inside and outside the company. Set a positive example and act in a manner consistent with company values.
* Utilize CDS to determine training needs and identify curriculum, programs and content to prepare for career opportunities within the company. Provide feedback to manager regarding on the job learning opportunities. Work with manager to determine growth potential and outline a plan for possible long term career moves.
* Comply with all state regulations regarding required monthly reporting, field sales licenses, pricing, and product and label registrations. Organize all registrations and price filings on shared drive; ensure all data is accurate and current. Ensure that all products have been properly registered in those states in which they are being sold.
* Provide exceptional customer service relating to brand/product registrations, required price filings, state and federal tax reports, field sales permits, and bonds.  Provide status of brand/label and new product registrations as well as the currentstatus of all bonds and permit renewals along with any new pricing filings on an as needed basis.  Develop solid working relationships with the field Sales/Marketing groups and the various representatives at the different Control States to ensure quick turnarounds on information and project requests.

* Excellent oral & written communication skills
* Demonstrate the ability to work as a team as well as self-directed
* Strong analytical and technical skills
* Detail Oriented
* Strong planning and organizational skills
* Working knowledge of MS Office Products (Word, Excel and Outlook)
* Bachelor's Degree
PREFERRED
* implementation or project management experience.
* Requires Alcoholic Beverage Industry compliance experience
