* Compensation and Benefits Specialist
* Work hours: 32-40 hours per week
* Location: Schiedam, Netherlands

Mammoet is looking for a Compensation and Benefits Specialist to strengthen our Global HR team. As a global leader in heavy lifting and transport, we operate across diverse industries and geographies. In this role, you will oversee compensation and benefits plans for multiple countries - ensuring our reward strategies remain competitive, fair, and aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

* Serve as a strategic advisor to HR managers and management on pay decisions, policy interpretation and job evaluations.
* Responsible for the Mammoet global job framework, ensure it's up to date and aligned with business needs.
* Develop, implement, and administer compensation programs, ensuring we remain a competitive employer whilst we deliver on our internal equity ambition.
* Initiate and coordinate benefit initiatives to optimize benefits and costs, e.g. health insurance, retirement plans.
* Collect, prepare, and present compensation/benchmark and other relevant data effectively to internal stakeholders.
* Lead and support projects around benchmarking, organizational structure, change management, flexible international workforce.
* Global Mobility Management: international (project) assignments, expats and much more.
* Participate in projects like CSRD, job design and career paths.

Qualifications:

* Minimum Bachelor degree or equivalent level in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law or related field.
* Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in compensation and benefits or 8 years of broad experience in HR Advice or Project Management.
* Skills: strong ability to translate business requirements into policy, implementation and practice, effective communication skills, stakeholder engagement, negotiation skills
* Expertise: organization design, job grading and benchmarking (incl. tooling e.g. Korn Ferry HAY), incentive program design, international mobility, including social security and payroll obligations for expats.
* Fluency in Dutch and English language.
