Overview: This position does not offer H1B Sponsorship. POSITION SUMMARY: The Compensation Applications Analyst l will develop a foundational understanding of provider compensation methodologies, and the data required to support them. Mission partner will learn the applications used by OSF to administer provider compensation plans and acquire a basic understanding of how to maintain these applications. Qualifications: REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, computer science, healthcare administration or other closely related field. Other Skills/ Knowledge: * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience: * Previous experience working with Microsoft access. * Previous work-related experience, including data analysis, in the healthcare industry. * Experience with key OSF applications.
