Community Support Specialist

Responsibilities:

* Provide home base case management services
* Provide Parenting Education
* Understand and implement evidenced based moralities
* Complete Casework Plan, weekly case notes, and monthly progress reports
* Attend Supervision/Staffing bi-weekly
* Facilitate and supervise family visitations
* Assess family functioning and parent skills
* Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, marriage and family therapy, or related human service field required
* Previous experience preferred
* Valid Driver's License in good standing and reliable transportation & auto insurance that complies with state law
* Successful clearance of local, state, and national background checks
