Responsibilities: What you will be doing We build our value around simplifying lives. With installation expertise and a passion for sharing it, our technicians are building opportunities for themselves far into the future. In this role, you will: * Install commercial and MDU satellite and HSD systems * Perform repair and maintenance on video and data systems * Conduct site surveys * Work autonomously to upsell and offer smart home solutions to customers on a daily basis Qualifications: Ideal technicians have: * Experience in cable. satellite or fiber optic installation and maintenance * High energy, resourcefulness, and ability to multitask * An eye for opportunities to sell customers on new personalized technology * Strong customer advocacy skills: friendly, communicative, with a high degree of integrity All technicians must have: * Aptitude to build rapport quickly. We want you to have a great time servicing our clients * Ability to work at heights, including ladders up to 40 feet, and in all weather conditions * Ability to lift over 70 lbs. * A valid driver's license in the state you are seeking employment with a driving record that meets DISH's safety standard * Travel may be required
