Collections Team Leader - Latam

The Collections Team Leader oversees daily operations of the collections team for the Americas region. You will coach analysts, support escalations, optimize processes, and partner closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely collections, accurate dispute resolution, and continuous improvement in working capital performance.
What you'll do
* Lead and coach the collections team, ensuring daily targets, KPIs, and SLA commitments are met or exceeded.
* Oversee portfolio health by monitoring aging, prioritizing high-risk accounts, and driving timely follow-up and resolution.
* Support escalations and collaborate with Sales, Billing, and Customer Operations to solve customer disputes and payment barriers.
* Ensure consistent documentation, compliance with internal controls, and alignment with audit and regulatory requirements.
* Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency, reduce DSO, and elevate team performance.
Qualifications:
* Experience in the Noram / Latam market and FSSC environments.
* Change leadership and operational performance improvement.
* Strong background in Credit, Collections, or Order-to-Cash.
* People leadership: coaching, talent development, and strategy execution.
* Ability to influence without authority and drive cross-functional alignment.
* Business analytics, financial insights, and strong stakeholder communication.
