Responsibilities:

* Monitor Accounts Receivable and identification of past due accounts.
* Run Aging Reports and reduce past due balances.
* Contact customers with past due amounts and attempt to collect the balance.
* Utilize credit bureau data, internet searches, and other tools to locate customers who have moved or changed phone numbers.
* Maintain records of contacts and attempted contacts with delinquent customers as well as records of payments collected from the customer.
* Resolve customer issues and complaints.
* Make recommendations for bad debt reserves.
* Collaboration with Account Managers to maintain a current balance on all customer accounts.
* Collect and store CFDI documents and payment complements.

Qualifications:

* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to communicate at various levels throughout an organization both internal and external. 
* Flexibility, including ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a high-pressure environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Microsoft Excel.
* Detail oriented and highly organized.
* Ability to self-direct activities, set priorities, and meet deadlines. 

Specific education and experience credentials

* Three to Five years' experience working in a corporate collection environment.
* Bachelor's degree preferred.
* Position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills: Spanish and English
