Collections Noram
SoftwareOne

Scope: Full time-Permanent | Office: Ciudad de Mexico | Hybrid

* Inquire with our customers regarding payment through email, phone, and 3rd party portals
* Provide outstanding internal and external customer service regarding collection matters
* Review for account discrepancies, answer queries, and resolve short/over payments
* Prepare and issue customer refunds 
* Work comfortably within excel documents and prepare comments for weekly aging reports 
* Document clear and concise notes of collection activity completed
* Communicate & follow up effectively with the sales department regarding resolution of billing discrepancies 
* Achieve or exceed defined department goals and activity metrics.

Qualifications:

* +2 years Collection experience preferred.
* A Bachelor's Degree in any Business field is preferred, although equivalent experience will be considered.
* Knowledge of finance, accounting, and basic office administration procedures.
* MS Office experience including intermediate Excel knowledge is essential.
* Advanced English Level is a must.
* Living in CDMX or surroundings is mandatory as well.

* Strong problem-solving skills, attention to details, research and resolution skills.
* Data analysis, and multi-tasking skills.
* Good prioritization and organizational skills.
* Must be reliable, possess a strong work ethic, and have a professional demeanor. 
* Proficient to work in a fast-paced environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.
* Ability to work independently and with a team.
