Responsibilities:

* Responsible for prompt, efficient and courteous beverage service to casino guests in accordance with HCPN policies, procedures and standards. 
* Responsible for knowledge of PLCB and RG standards. 
* Responsible for knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and awareness of new drink trends. 
* Monitors guests needs on a continuous basis and ensures all requests are promptly fulfilled. 
* Responsible for accurate and efficient use of POS system. 
* Monitors guests alcohol intake in accordance with RAMP training
* Assists other beverage personnel with maintenance such as side work, opening/closing duties. 
* Participates as a team member with all servers, bartenders, barbacks, supervisors and any other casino personnel to ensure efficient operations.

Qualifications:

* High School Diploma/GED.
* Must have prior experience in bartending/cocktail serving.
* Must have the ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from guests.  
* Must have the ability to read and interpret documents, such as safety rules.  
* Must have the ability to present information and respond to questions from guests.  
* Must have the ability to perform basic math skills. 
* Must have the ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations.  
* Must have the ability to interpret a variety of instructions (i.e., written, oral, etc.). 
* Ability to operate POS Systems. 
* Must qualify for a license with the Pennsylvania State Racing Commission and meet any credentialing requirements of the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.   
* Must be able to obtain proper food handler certification and RAMP certification.
