Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their business requirements, challenges, and goals related to cloud computing and digital transformation. Conduct detailed needs assessments to find opportunities where hyper scalers can make valuable contributions.

Solution Design and Presentations: Collaborate with the sales team to design and present customized solutions that address customer needs. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, demonstrations, and proof of concepts (POCs) to showcase the benefits and capabilities of the solutions.

Technical Expertise: Possess a solid grasp of the above-mentioned hyper scalers (Azure & AWS), including but not limited to virtual machines, storage, networking, databases, security, and Dev Ops. Stay up-to-date with the latest offerings, updates, and industry trends to deliver accurate and relevant mentorship to customers.

Proposal Development: Assist the sales team in creating detailed and comprehensive technical proposals and quotes that align with customer requirements. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate pricing, licensing, and solution configurations.

Relationship Building: Establish and maintain Strong relationships with key collaborators, including customers, partners, and vendors. Act as a trusted advisor and technical consultant to support long-term customer success and drive customer happiness.

POC Management: Plan, coordinate, and implement proof of concepts and pilots to validate the efficiency of Azure/AWS/M365 solutions. Provide technical mentorship and fix during the POC phase to address any issues or concerns.

Sales Support: Support the sales team throughout the sales cycle by providing technical guidance, addressing customer inquiries, and conducting product demonstrations. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project handover.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree/higher diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Demonstrated ability in a technical sales role, with a proven focus on Azure/AWS/M365 technologies.
* In-depth expertise in Azure/AWS/M365 services, architecture, and standard processes.
* Should have capabilities on Building/ defining SoW for Deployments, PoCs
* Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Experience in solution design, POC management, and technical demonstrations.
* Strong customer focus and the ability to build and manage relationships with customers and internal team members.
* Relevant Microsoft/AWS certifications (e.g., MCSE, MCSA) are highly desirable.
