As our new Enterprise Cloud Engineer for Parallo (a powered by SoftwareOne company), you will support large financial enterprise customers, applying strong technical judgement, clear communication, and a structured approach to operations and incident response. This role plays an important part in maintaining the stability, security, and performance of enterprise cloud platforms in demanding customer environments.

Key responsibilities will include:

* Manage and optimise enterprise Azure infrastructure to meet availability, security, and performance requirements
* Administer Windows Server environments in Azure, including configuration, patching, troubleshooting, and optimisation
* Respond to incidents and participate in on‑call rotations, performing root cause analysis and driving reliability improvements
* Monitor and secure environments using Azure Monitor, Defender for Cloud, and Defender for Endpoint
* Automate operational tasks and maintain documentation, runbooks, and monthly customer reporting.

Qualifications:

Your Competencies:

* Deep, hands‑on Azure platform management experience in enterprise or regulated environments
* Strong Windows Server administration skills in cloud and hybrid architectures
* Solid incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis capability
* Strong knowledge of Azure security, networking, identity (AD / Entra), and monitoring services
* Proficiency in automation and scripting (PowerShell, Azure CLI, Bicep, Terraform)
