Do you want to be at the heart of SoftwareOnes multi-cloud strategy, working closely with leading Cloud Service Providers (CSPs) such as Microsoft, AWS, Google, and sovereign clouds like OVH Cloud, Scaleway, Cloud Temple, S3ENS, and more?

Qualifications:

As a Cloud Desk Operations Specialist, your primary mission is to ensure the complete provisioning of customer subscriptions with various Cloud Service Providers (CSPs).

Leveraging your expertise in cloud services, you will collaborate internally with sales, operations, and cloud teams, and externally with CSP partners and customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Register and onboard new customers
* Activate subscription contracts with service providers
* Deliver solutions and services
* Manage invoicing and provide customer support
* Assist customers in optimizing and simplifying cloud service management
* Train customers on ordering and billing tools
* Coordinate service deployments with technical teams for complex solutions
* Stay up to date with technological developments (CSP offerings, provisioning platform updates, etc.)
Your Skills & Experience
* 1+ years of hands-on experience in customer success within cloud services
* Experience with cloud service providers (OVH, S3NS, Cloud Temple, Scaleway)
* Background in delivering IT solutions for the public sector
