If so, consider joining the Devereux Educational Strategies and Solutions (DESS) Center for Mental Health as a Clinical Supervisor, where you'll lead a dedicated team of clinicians in delivering high-quality, evidence-based care to students across our partner districts.
Devereux Educational Strategies and Solutions offers education services to support child- serving institutions around early learning; the treatment of students with complex communication, behavioral and mental health needs; and prevention programming. We also offer academic interventions, direct staff placement in districts and diagnostic and assessment evaluation services.
Being a Clinical Supervisor Has its Advantages! The Clinical Supervisor supports the delivery of high-quality mental health care for students by providing leadership, clinical consultation, and supervision to assigned school-based clinicians and graduate students. This role ensures that therapeutic services-including individual, group, and family therapy-are delivered in alignment with district contracts and school-based service standards.

Duties include and are not limited to:
* Supervises clinical staff and audits documentation to ensure therapy services (individual, family, group) align with district contracts and school-based service standards.
* Guides assigned clinicians and graduate students in implementing evidence-based, data-driven interventions. Maintains supervision records per organizational and professional standards.
* Oversees intake by gathering biopsychosocial data, assessing client strengths and risks, and completing timely documentation in the electronic medical record system.
* Monitors clinical documentation for accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with ethical, professional, and contractual standards.
* Facilitates collaboration between clinical staff and school personnel to ensure continuity of care through meetings and ongoing communication.
* Collects and analyzes referral, length of stay, and discharge data. Reports findings to leadership for quarterly updates to district stakeholders.
* Maintains a caseload and provides therapy (individual, group, family) in accordance with district contracts and productivity expectations.
* Maintains compliance with training requirements and actively seeks opportunities for continued learning and growth.

Qualifications:
EDUCATION: Masters Degree required in Psychology, Social Work or related field of study.
LICENSURE: LPC or LCSW required in the state of PA. Must be eligible to sign off on licensure hours.
EXPERIENCE: Previous clinical experience in a behavioral healthcare setting and supervisory experience preferred.
Valid drivers license must be maintained
Devereux requires all individuals interviewing for a position involving contact with children to complete The Diana Screen, a screening that assesses a candidate's understanding of appropriate boundaries between adults and children.
