Clinical Service Navigator (Thoracic Oncology Nurse)
* Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00a - 5:00p, No holidays, call, or weekends
* Location: Forsyth Medical Center
* Department: Cancer Center
Novant Health is seeking a Clinical Service Navigator to serve as the primary point of contact for cancer patients. Thoracic Oncology Nurse coordinates patient care by guiding patients through treatment plans and follow-up needs. This role provides education, support, and resource navigation while ensuring seamless communication and timely documentation.

Qualifications:
* Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required.
* Experience: Three to five years of nursing experience, required. Two years of experience in care of targeted patient population; experience in a broad range of clinical situations or settings, preferred.
* Licensure/Certification: RN, required.
* Additional Skills/Requirements (required): Ability to successfully complete generic and department-specific skills validation and competency testing.
