Clinical Pharmacy Specialist Prn

				Responsibilities:

The Clinical Pharmacy Specialist provides advanced clinical pharmacy services in various specialties to ensure optimal safety and cost-effective therapeutic regimens in collaboration with respective specialty disciplines. 

Qualifications:

* BS in Pharmacy if entry level degree was prior to PharmD degree.
* Hospital pharmacy experience (or clinically relevant experience).
* PGY2 required in specialty or equivalent clinically relevant experience.
* PGY1 required.
* Board certification (or eligible) if applicable.
