One California Responsibilities: Position Summary: The Clinical Staff Pharmacist is responsible for assuring that all of the day to day activities for the provision of pharmaceutical care at their campus are carried out in full accordance with all Federal and State laws, rules and regulations. The Clinical Staff Pharmacist assists the Director of Pharmacy in the input of orders, supervision and control of all activities of the Pharmacy Department in support of the goals and objectives of their facility and Dignity Health's mission and vision. Qualifications: Required Education and Experience: * Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy degree Required Licensure and Certifications: * BLS-CPR * Active State Pharmacist License in good standing in the state in which the employee works: PHARM:XX Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Training: Must possess strong knowledge of Pharmacy Services; knowledgeable and skilled in current practice concepts of pharmacy practice settings; strong knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and professional standards; strong project management skills; good strategic planning skills; strong change management skills; must demonstrate personal traits of a high level of motivation; team orientation; professionalism; trust; and place a high value on treating others with dignity and respect. Preferred Licensure and Certifications: * ACLS Please be advised that this location requires quarterly American Heart Association (AHA) Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI) competency certification post-hire. This ongoing competency is required through resources internal to the facility; outside RQI competency resources are not acceptable for CommonSpirit Health compliance requirements.
