What You Can Expect: * Full Time * Program start will be September 2025 * CPE employees will also need to be accepted into and enroll in the ICPT program which has a duration of one year. (Managed by St. Luke's) * Assessing and attending to the spiritual needs of patients, their families, and employees under the supervision of pastoral staff. Qualifications: * Education: Master's degree or Bachelor's + 2 years experience or Associates + 5 years experience * Licenses/Certifications: Valid Driver's License & Insurance. Responsibilities: The CPE Student gains pro in the practice of pastoral care by assessing and attending to the spiritual needs of patients, their families, and employees under the supervision of credentialed pastoral staff. * Assesses the spiritual needs of patients, families and staff. * Provides spirtual counseling and supportive care and guidance. * Makes routine rounds on assigned units. * Acts as a liaison between staff, family, friends, or community clergy of patients during periods of crisis. * Performs or makes arrangements for traditional pastoral services and provides interfaith services as needed. * Will complete educational requirements as outlined by the CPE program. * Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
