				Overview:

As a Clinical Operations Manager you will play a key role in improving the lives of patients by accelerating the development of our customers drugs and devices through innovative solutions.The Clinical Operations Manager is critical as the main provider of CRA oversight as well as CRA career development and progression.  As a People Leader, COMs ensure high performance, adherence to performance metrics and quality of monitoring while supporting career development.

The quality of work performed by our CRAs is crucial to the success of our clinical trials and to keeping our commitment to our customers. Oversight of their competencies and skills to perform that work is paramount to the overall success of ICON. COMs verify that CRAs are performing to ICON standards and performance metrics through efficient utilization of our employees and adherence to their metrics.

Qualifications:

You are:

* Bachelor's degree in a health, life sciences or other relevant field of study.
* 5 years' relevant experience .
* Occasional travel as needed.
* All employees must read, write and speak fluent English and host country language.
* Equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience may be considered in place of the education and experience stated above.
