Overview: Medpace is a full-service clinical contract research organization (CRO). We provide Phase I-IV clinical development services to the biotechnology, pharmaceutical and medical device industries. Responsibilities: * Plan and organize laboratory activities for assigned projects including ensuring adequate procedures are in place for handling, processing, storing and shipping specimens; * Train Research Assistants on appropriate processing techniques required for assigned studies; and * Maintain supplies and make sure those necessary for laboratory functions are available. Qualifications: * High School Diploma and 3-5 years of Laboratory Experience * Flexible schedule with the ability to work first and second shift as needed.
