One Mission. One California Responsibilities: Northridge Hospital Medical Center is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) to join our dynamic laboratory team. If you are a dedicated professional with a passion for patient care and a commitment to accuracy, we encourage you to apply. * Demonstrated experience with laboratory instrumentation and methodologies across various departments (e.g., Chemistry, Hematology, Microbiology, Immunohematology). * Proficiency in performing complex laboratory tests, analyzing results, and ensuring accurate and timely reporting. * Strong understanding of quality control, quality assurance, and laboratory safety protocols. * Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills. * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team. Qualifications: * Minimum one year of experience in an acute care facility required. * Bachelor's Degree in a biological or chemical science as defined by CLIA * Must be appropriately trained in clinical laboratory science as evaluated by the Director of the Clinical Laboratory * California Clinical Laboratory Scientist License (CLS) required. * A current Los Angeles County fire card is required.
